Welcome to Pulp Gamer; your guide to EMP resistant entertainment (paper games). Our introductory show is now ready for download. In this episode we are introducing ourselves and beginning the first of many game reviews to come. The first game we look at is Arkham Horror. It is a wonderful horror board game that has just been re-released by Fantasy Flight Games and is based off of HP Lovecraft’s Cthulhu mythos. |
| We then took a look at the new Dungeons & Dragons supplement, Complete Arcane. This book dives deeper into the arcane arts and provokes us into a conversation about the amount of material that Wizards of the Coast provides for this popular role-playing game. |

We finally wrapped up with Lord of the Rings. This game has been on the market for a while. It is no coincidence that two of us choose a Fantasy Flight game to review. They are a blast to play! |
