Tom G! carries the ball across the goal line! Hot Damn! What a great way to close this episode. Made me smile on a day I really needed it.

Ron, You mentioned looking at the Call of Cthulhu weapons list for a WW1 game. It may be missing moret than just the Colt 1911. I am not total familiar with the Guns listed in CoC but if the list is in 1890 then it would be missing the Springfield 1903, the Vickers machine gun, the dreadful French Chauchat. that doesn't include issues inherant into the CoC system.
So I would be more than happy to help the person out. I'll be at SAGA if they care.

For crying out loud- it's the Microsoft Surface, not Microsoft Table. Second show in a row...I'll probably have some meatier feedback later, but I had to get this off my chest :)

New listener, but I like the show. I wanted to see if you all had ever checked out an "in-development" RPG called "Storming the Wizards Tower" by Vincent Baker. It's been a few months (October 2009?) since anything has been posted about it, but you can download a free beta of the game at http://www.lumpley.com/storming/?page_id=72 . Even for a beta, I thought it had a really evocative die roll mechanic. Some of your comments on covering developing games reminded me revisit the site, though I was sad to see there's no recent developments.

Yea, TomG really knocked it out of the park this time.

From: Jason – March 7,2010 at 2:22 pm

I'll definitely check it out, Mike!

Jason, I kept expecting a punch line, like the kangaroo giving the bird a quick punch.

In regards to accents in the Wild West, there were huge numbers of immigrants heading west so the gaming group of players from outside the US would fit right in. In fact, I read somewhere that three former members of the Vatican Guard died at Little Big Horn with Custer. In a Deadlands game, that would definitely start people asking why the Vatican was there.

Thanks for the words from Rick Loomis. That was great and I consider myself to be fully paid.

Also, since it seems that accents are often discussed on Pulp Gamer, why don't you all do a whole show speaking in the various accents.
